Get a 35% Discount

Panama City, Fla. – The Bay County Clerk’s Office is pleased to announce Project Greenlight on Thursday, November 19th.  On this ONE day we will waive any unpaid collection fees when you pay your ticket or court fines that have been sent to collections.

“We are very pleased to offer this cost savings to our community,” said Bill Kinsaul, Bay County Clerk of Court & Comptroller. “We have customers that have tickets and unpaid fines dating back to the 1990’s and this gives people an opportunity to pay their fine without the additional cost of a collection fee.”

Ticket or fines MUST be paid in full, however you can avoid the additional 35% collection fee assessed by the collection company for this ONE special day.  Kinsaul said, “We have over 40,000 tickets that are eligible for this savings which include traffic tickets and other court fines.”  There are 3 ways to take advantage of this ONE day program and pay your fine.
