Orders Determining the Confidentiality of Civil Record

As required by Fla. Jud. Admin. 2.420(e)(4), the Clerk will post copies of the orders determining the confidentiality of trial court records in noncriminal cases. These orders will remain for the required 30 days and then be removed.  Sealed orders are also posted on the Information Board on the first floor of the Bay County Courthouse.
